Buyer Information: User information provided during the order.
Subject of the Contract: The buyer is subject to the rights and obligations regarding the purchase of online training/certification programs offered by the seller via the internet. The contract becomes effective upon approval by the user.
Training Content and Certificate: The training is entirely online, and the content is described in the details. The certificates are institution-approved and will be provided to candidates who pass the exam upon completion of the training, either digitally or in paper format.
Right of Return: According to Article 9 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502, it can be exercised within 14 days. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund policy is determined by considering the access status to the content, the number of courses watched, and the total service duration. Since access to all training materials and documents is provided upon logging into the system, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
The amount received as a prepayment will be refunded if the recipient’s situation does not meet the educational requirements or if there are no available spots in the city where they applied.
If the amount collected as tuition fee is not entered into the system by the recipient at all, the remaining amount after deducting the required deductions in accordance with the National Education legislation will be refunded.
Right of Withdrawal: Once user identification is completed and access to the system content is provided, the right of withdrawal does not exist. According to Law No. 6502, returns are not possible for digital products and services that are performed instantly.
Competent Court: Ankara Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. This contract enters into force upon approval by the buyer in electronic form.
İşbu sözleşme, 6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri çerçevesinde elektronik ortamda yapılmaktadır.

Sözleşme Konusu:
Alıcının, Satıcı tarafından sunulan online eğitim/sertifika programlarını internet üzerinden satın almasına ilişkin hak ve yükümlülüklere tabidir. Sözleşme kullanıcı tarafından onaylanması ile yürürlüğe girer.
Eğitim İçeriği ve Sertifika:
Eğitimler tamamen online olup, içerik açıklamalarda belirtilmiştir. Sertifikalar Kurum onaylıdır ve eğitim tamamlandığında yapılacak sınavda başarılı olan adaylara dijital/kağıt olarak sunulur.
İade Hakkı:
6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun’un 9. maddesi gereğince 14 gün içinde kullanılabilir. Cayma hakkı kullanıldığında ödeme iade politikası; içeriğe erişim durumu, izlenen ders sayısı ve toplam hizmet süresi dikkate alınarak belirlenir. Sisteme giriş yaptıktan sonra tüm eğitimlere ve dokümanlara erişim sağlandığından cayma hakkını kaybetmiş olur.
Ön ödeme olarak alınan tutar alıcının durumu eğitim için istenilen eğitim şartlarını karşılamaması yada başvurduğu şehirde kontenjan bulunmaması halinde iade edilir.
Eğitim harcı olarak alınan tutar alıcı tarafından sisteme hiç girilmemesi halinde Milli Eğitim mevzuatı çerçevesin yapılması gereken kesintiler yapıldıktan sonra kalan tutar iade yapılır.
Cayma Hakkı:
Kullanıcı tanımlanması yapıldıktan sonra sistem içeriğine erişim sağlandıktan sonra cayma hakkı yoktur. 6502 sayılı kanuna göre dijital ürünlerde ve anında ifa edilen hizmetlerde iade mümkün değildir.
Yetkili Mahkeme:
Ankara Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri.
İşbu sözleşme alıcı tarafından elektronik ortamda onaylanarak yürürlüğe girer.
