The educational process is deemed to have been performed instantly as soon as the trainee accesses the training panel using the login credentials provided following registration. Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; digital content and online trainings provided instantly in an electronic environment are within the scope of exceptions to the right of withdrawal, and under normal circumstances, no refund is possible.
In addition to legal restrictions, our institution grants a right of withdrawal, provided that it is notified in writing or via an official petition to the official e-mail address destek@egitimbasvuru.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of registration, without exception and unconditionally. Even within this period, the right of withdrawal expires if the system is accessed and the contents are viewed. Oral notifications made through channels other than petitions and e-mails are invalid.
In institutions providing distance education, logging into the system is considered the moment the service commences. In the event that the trainee presents a justified reason such as a medical report, closure of the institution, or force majeure, the refund processes are evaluated within this framework.
Refund Period: Refunds for trainees whose registration is cancelled are processed within a maximum of 15 days from the date of disengagement.
Deductions: The remaining amount is paid after deducting bank commissions and the deduction amounts specified in the Ministry of National Education (MEB) legislation.
Examination infrastructure services (2 exams are provided free of charge) and certificate fees (certificate of participation is provided free of charge) are excluded from the scope of refund after the relevant application process is completed. In approved refunds; the remaining amount is returned through the channel the trainee used for payment, after deducting bank commissions, transaction costs, and legal deduction amounts specified in the MEB legislation.
The trainee is personally responsible for the confidentiality of the username and password sent via SMS or e-mail. All legal, criminal, and financial liability arising from the sharing of this information with third parties, its transfer, or its seizure by unauthorized persons due to negligence belongs exclusively to the trainee. Any transaction performed through the system with the relevant password (viewing, downloading, exam application, etc.) is accepted as a definitive transaction performed by the trainee.
The trainee acknowledges that they have read and understood the contents of the Distance Sales Agreement, Preliminary Information Form, and KVKK (GDPR) Clarification Text presented before logging into the system for the first time, and that the digital approval of these texts has the same legal validity as a wet-ink signature. Use of the training panel signifies that all these terms and conditions are accepted in full.
Eğitim süreci, kursiyerin kayıt sonrası kendisine iletilen giriş bilgileriyle eğitim paneline erişim sağlamasıyla birlikte anında ifa edilmiş sayılır. 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği’nin 15/ğ maddesi uyarınca; elektronik ortamda anında sunulan dijital içerikler ve online eğitimler, cayma hakkının istisnası kapsamında olup normal şartlarda iadesi mümkün değildir.
Kurumumuz, yasal kısıtlamalara ek olarak; kayıt tarihinden itibaren istisnasız ve koşulsuz 14(ondört) gün içerisinde destek@egitimbasvuru.com resmi e-posta adresine yazılı ya da resmi dilekçe ile bildirilmesi kaydıyla cayma hakkı tanımaktadır. Bu süre içinde olsa dahi, sisteme giriş yapılarak içeriklere erişilmesi durumunda cayma hakkı sona erer. Dilekçe ve e-posta dışındaki kanallardan yapılan sözlü bildirimler geçersizdir.
Uzaktan öğretim yapan kurumlarda sisteme giriş yapılması, hizmetin sunulmaya başlandığı an kabul edilir. Kursiyerin sağlık raporu, kurumun kapanması veya mücbir sebep gibi haklı bir gerekçe sunması durumunda iade süreçleri bu çerçevede değerlendirilir.
İade Süresi: Kaydı silinen kursiyerlerin geri ödemeleri, ayrılış tarihinden itibaren en geç 15 gün içerisinde gerçekleştirilir.
Kesintiler: Banka komisyonları ve MEB mevzuatında belirlenen kesinti tutarları düşülerek kalan miktar ödenir.
Sınav altyapı hizmeti (2 sınav ücretsiz sunulmaktadır) ve sertifika bedelleri (katılım belgesi ücretsiz sunulmaktadır), ilgili başvuru süreci tamamlandıktan sonra iade kapsamı dışındadır. Onaylanan iadelerde; banka komisyonları, işlem masrafları ve MEB mevzuatında belirlenen yasal kesinti tutarları düşülerek kalan miktar, kursiyerin ödemeyi yaptığı kanaldan iade edilir.
Kursiyer, kendisine SMS veya e-posta yoluyla iletilen kullanıcı adı ve şifrenin gizliliğinden bizzat sorumludur. Bu bilgilerin üçüncü şahıslarla paylaşılması veya ihmal neticesinde yetkisiz kişilerce ele geçirilmesi durumunda doğabilecek tüm hukuki, cezai ve mali sorumluluk münhasıran kursiyere aittir. Sistem üzerinden ilgili şifre ile gerçekleştirilen her türlü işlem (izleme, indirme, sınav başvurusu vb.) kursiyer tarafından yapılmış kesin işlem kabul edilir.
Kursiyer, sisteme ilk girişini yapmadan önce kendisine sunulan Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi, Ön Bilgilendirme Formu ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni içeriklerini okuduğunu, anladığını ve bu metinlerin dijital ortamda onaylanmasının ıslak imza ile aynı hukuki geçerliliğe sahip olduğunu kabul eder. Eğitim panelinin kullanılması, tüm bu şartların eksiksiz kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
